Webinar: Career Readiness in the 21st Century - Preparing Students for Today's Workplace (Innovative Educators)“College and career readiness” has become the new norm, with every state around the country anchoring their education system in the goal of students being prepared for life and after high school. For example, to date, every state has adopted academic standards in mathematics and English aligned with college- and career-ready expectations, largely driven by the Common Core State Standards, and most states are developing assessments to be given in high school that provide an indicator of students’ readiness for credit-bearing post-secondary coursework.
