The Resident Dramaturg of the Court Theater, invited me to write this article for the Playbill of this August Wilson play, after realizing my consistent interest in merging Theater (drama) with some rhetorical aspects of my English Composition Courses. Furthermore, it was brought to his attention, by the Group Reservation Manager that on several occasions I brought large size student groups to experience the works Ralph Ellison's Invisible Man and August Wilson's Jitney. Similarly, I have taken my students to other Theater productions around the City of Chicago.
